Make your check payable to TCADSV and mail to: TCADSV, ATTN: Dianne Stewart 2 International Plaza Dr., Suite 425 Nashville, TN 37217 Cancellation Policy: Registration must be made 48 hours prior to the workshop/meeting/training. Cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop/meeting/training. If you do not register for the workshop/meeting/training 48 hours prior to the start time, you may not receive a lunch. We order meals based on the number of registrations. If you come to a workshop/meeting/training without registering, you will be able to attend only if there is available room. You will be required to pay for the meeting at that time. We cannot bill your agency. Payment is required prior to or day of training, and can be made by credit card, check, or cash.
