Domestic Violence State Coordinating Council
The Domestic Violence State Coordinating Council (DVSCC) was established by
the Tennessee General Assembly in 1995. The Council’s purposes are to
increase the awareness and understanding of domestic and family violence and its
consequences and to reduce the incidence of domestic and family violence within
the State of Tennessee. Victims of Crime State Coordinating Council
The Victims of Crime State Coordinating Council (VCSCC) was established to promote awareness of the needs of victims of crime and the families of victims of crime, and to coordinate and assist the efforts of victims’ rights organizations.
