Regional Intake Centers
The Clinic has contracted with
eight regional intake centers that will serve as referral and intake points for domestic and sexual violence programs across the state. Programs serving an immigrant victim who needs legal representation should refer the prospective client to their respective regional intake centers. The intake centers are responsible for gathering initial client information and ongoing client communications. Victims who have not worked with a local domestic violence or sexual assault program will be referred to the appropriate local program for an initial needs assessment, immediate services, safety planning and intake for the Clinic to ensure that the victims receive necessary crisis and supportive services along with legal services.
